Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure we can continue offering the best possible scheduling options for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Confirmation & Notice Guidelines:
Appointment confirmations are sent via text message 72 hours in advance.
We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible for cancellations or rescheduling.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees:
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made under 2 hours in advance, or no-call/no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you do not contact us and fail to show up at your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full cost (100%) of the missed service.
Credit Card Policy:
A credit card is required on file for all new clients when booking an appointment.
Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined above.
Repeated Cancellations:
If missed or late cancellations become a recurring issue, your stylist may:
Require a deposit to secure future appointments.
Refuse future service at their discretion.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we are always happy to work with you when possible. However, last-minute cancellations leave gaps in our schedule and prevent clients on our waiting list from receiving services.

Late Policy
We understand that sometimes life happens. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 5 minutes or more to your reserved appointment, please call or text the salon at 610.261.4510!
We highly value our guest's time and work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Therefore should you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service(s) to avoid overlapping into our next appointment.
Gratuity Policy
While tips are never expected, we do truly appreciate your generosity! We highly recommend gratuities in Cash, Apple Cash or Venmo. We can add gratuity to your credit card transaction, however, we do incur a higher processing fee in doing so. Thank you in advance for supporting your stylist!
Children
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests who come in to relax, and we also care about the safety of your little ones. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We love children and children are welcome if they are receiving services but a busy salon can be dangerous place for curious, bored children. Please do not bring children to appointments longer than 30 minutes.
Service Adjustment Policy
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction, however, if you are experiencing challenges with your cut or color please call to let us know within 7 days of your visit. We will correct the issue with no additional charge. This policy applies only to technical issues. Should you decide to go in a different direction than the goals we discussed in consultation, this policy does not apply. When you require additional services to achieve your goal, this policy also does not apply. We do not offer monetary refunds for any services performed.
Retail Return Policy
We will accept retail returns at full credit within 7 days after initial purchase, when purchased in salon, in like new condition.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards should be treated as cash - we cannot look up a gift card value for you without the card. Gift cards that are purchased at a discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers when redeemed. Discounted gift cards purchased on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and a few days prior to Christmas are not redeemable until Jan 1 of the new year.
