Julia has always had a passion for the beauty industry especially hair! After attending Lehigh Carbon Community College where she earned two associates degrees, she decided to attend Metro Beauty Academy. Julia finished the cosmetology program in June of 2023 and has been apart of the Harlow team for almost a year! Julia enjoys any kind of blonding, braiding, and dimensional brunettes! Her favorite part of being a stylist is making people feel beautiful!
